Pictures with Monkey:
While pregnant with Baby K (in last year's Breastfeeding Cafe SLC :) ):
(those are with my Beco Butterfly)
Girasol 4.6 m in Tulipaani (also at the Breastfeeding Cafe in SLC last summer)
First time I wore a Girasol just a couple months before (I was 11 weeks pregnant)
My first Gira which was sold as a 4.6 but it's really only a 4.2 so I'm trying to part with him :(. His name is Tango.
One of the first times with Monkey in a Sleepy Wrap-oh so tiny!
Ergo-which I later sold because I like Beco better
Ring Sling
And the ULTIMATE way to babywear :) (38 weeks with Monkey-about a week before he was born)
Baby K:
Sleepy Wrap a few weeks old
3 days old
3 days old
A few weeks ago
A couple months
At the zoo just after Monkey's 3rd birthday
About 8 weeks I think
The ultimate babywearing Baby K (34 or 35 weeks)

What an amazing babywearing mama! I've only used traditional slings (I made mine shorter so that my little guy can be belly to belly with me) and wraps. But I'm taking a stab at a ring sling soon - and can't wait to try wrap carries on my back when he gets older.
ReplyDeleteAren't Sleepy Wraps the best for newborns?? Are you going to be in the Babywearing Flash Mob? I'd love to chat with you about the woven wrap... I've been wanting to get one but I'm afraid it'll be too hot...
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, and I noticed you do Tot School too! I want to start, so I'd love to chat with you about that too :)
For sure! Feel free to email me at monkeybunns at gmail dot com :). I'm trying to sell my 4.2 Girasol (sold to me as a 4.6) I prefer 4.6. His name is Tango and I wanted to try to find someone local :). I am participating in the flash mob :)
