Wednesday-week 4 MAD!

Our theme of the day was MAD!  We watched signing time #7 (Leah's Farm-not related but still fun!).

We read:
Barnyard Dance by Sandra Boynton (for those of you new-Monkey LOVES board books at church so we regularly check out a stack so we can rotate through books to keep him quiet through our meetings)
See and Spy Shapes-Baby Einstein board book
If You're Mad and You Know It-Elizabeth Crary
A to Z by Sandra Boynton
That Makes Me Mad-Steven Kroll-we really enjoyed this book.  It's all about what makes Nina mad and what she does when she's mad.
When Mommy Was Mad-Lynne Jonell-this was also a really fun book.  Mommy is mad and her boys figure out how to make her happy when she's "prickly"
I Was So Mad-Mercery Mayer (a little critter book)-we're fans of Little Critter and this one was a lot of fun.
Alphabet House by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace
Llama Llama Mad at Mama-Anna Dewdney-this book TOTALLY reminded me of Monkey!  It's about a baby llama that gets mad at mama for dragging him along to the store.  Monkey loves to throw tantrums now so this one was really fun.
Grumpy Bird-Jeremy Tankard-fun book about a bird that's grumpy so he goes on a walk.  All of his friends join him and do everything he does which makes him laugh.
I Am Mad-Susan Hood-a beginning reader
