Give Yourself to the Rain: poems for the very young by Margaret Wise Brown

I loved reading these poems to my son. He's always loved Goodnight Moon (same author). They were very calming. This would be a great book to read at bedtime. I especially loved the Christmas poem (Christmas Song). This is one we will have to buy so we can read it over and over.
