He goes all over the airport to find it to find (later on) that the woman who took it on his bag took it on the plane with her to give back to George. This would be a great book to read to a child before their first plane ride AND it's a Level 1 reader (I think that's for 4-8 years).

Baby's first plane ride!
We went on our first plane ride! We just got back last night from Oregon. In preparation we HAD to read Curious George Takes a Trip. In this book George gets ready to go on his first airplane ride. He is given a toy airplane which gets lost. He goes all over the airport to find it to find (later on) that the woman who took it on his bag took it on the plane with her to give back to George. This would be a great book to read to a child before their first plane ride AND it's a Level 1 reader (I think that's for 4-8 years).
