Prepping for the flats challenge

So the hemp flats aren't working as planned first they were crazy thick then I cut them in 4ths. I thought they'd be ok no sew but washing a couple they ran and rolled. I don't have a serger so it looks like I'll zigzag the edges and trifold for inserts. I washed one like that and the edges rolled a lot so I probably will have to sew them in to inserts or use as doublers.

A very generous mama offered to buy my flats for the challenge. They will get much love!
